An introductory Day for people who would like to take up fly fishing or know a little more about it. There will people there to talk about tackle , flies , casting, where to go, tying flies etc etc
Casting Day – Sunday 13th September – Styx Mill Domain, on the Hussey Rd side – 0930 – 1400
Our resident Internationally Qualified Casting Instructors Murray Lauder , Nigel Greatrix and John Roche amongst other experienced anglers will be there to help you get the hang of fly casting if your a newbie or help iron out those bad habits. Light refreshments will be provided and a small cover charge will betaken on the day

Fly Tying Day with World renowned consumer of bourbon and the tyer of the occasional fly Reginald McClintock who will be ably assisted by salwater fly guru , Ed and a few other capable tyers.
